Paralegal – Landlord & Tenant Law – Residentials

Are you a Paralegal with Landlord & Tenant law experience?
The ideal candidate is a Paralegal that is well versed in the Residential Tenancies Act, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and signing leases
- Handling disputes on behalf of landlords or tenants
- Reviewing condominium status certificates
- Reviewing new construction purchase agreements
- Communication with all members for the Firm, clients, agents, and third parties
- Knowledge of real estate, corporate/commercial law including leasing, wills/estates and family law is a bonus but not requirement
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Paralegal
- Teraview
- Conveyancer
- Fast company or related software
- Unity
- PC Law
- Knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions and basic accounting
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe
