In response to the "global pandemic" declaration by the World Health Organization and the continued spread of COVID-19, we at Kormans LLP have instituted various precautionary measures and have adjusted our procedures with a view to ensuring the health and safety of our lawyers, staff, colleagues, clients, families and the greater community. This remains our top priority during this period of uncertainty. We will continue to follow best practices recommended by local and international authorities to minimize the risk of exposure, while making every effort to ensure that the service of our lawyers and staff to our clients remains uninterrupted and of the quality that our firm is known for.
To protect all of us within our offices, we have implemented a Plan of Action to enhance and give guidance to our office sanitation and hygiene efforts. We have put policies in place for business and personal travel, events and meetings.
We will continue to monitor, evaluate and respond to this situation as it evolves, and will take all necessary precautions. to safeguard our lawyers, staff, clients, families and the greater communities in which we live and work. At this time our offices remain open but we are prepared in the event that all or some of our lawyers and staff need to work remotely. We remain committed to providing you with the same service you have come to expect from us, and we have technology and procedures in place that enable us to do so.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about how we are responding to this global pandemic, or if we can be of assistance in providing you with any guidance through these challenges we are all facing.
We have great confidence in our firm and in the resolve of our community at large, that we will get through this challenging time together as best as humanly possible.
Please take care and stay safe,
KORMANS LLP
