Commercial Law Clerk

 

Kormans LLP is hiring! 

Are you a Law Clerk with experience in Commercial transactions? 

The ideal candidate will possess commercial experience in a law firm, with excellent time management skills. 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Minimum 3 + years Experience in closing commercial transactions (purchase/sale of a business- asset and share) from start to finish 
  • Drafting and coordinating documents require for closing
  • Experience with leases and incorporations
  • Closing commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinances)
  • Communication with all members for the Firm, clients, agents, mortgage brokers and third parties
  • Experience in residential real estate transactions
  • Knowledge of wills/estates is a bonus but not requirement

 

Experience: 

  • terraview
  • Conveyancer
  • Fast company or related software
  • Unity
  • PC Law
  • Knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions and basic accounting
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe
