Commercial Law Clerk

Are you a Law Clerk with experience in Commercial transactions?
The ideal candidate will possess commercial experience in a law firm, with excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 + years Experience in closing commercial transactions (purchase/sale of a business- asset and share) from start to finish
- Drafting and coordinating documents require for closing
- Experience with leases and incorporations
- Closing commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinances)
- Communication with all members for the Firm, clients, agents, mortgage brokers and third parties
- Experience in residential real estate transactions
- Knowledge of wills/estates is a bonus but not requirement
Experience:
- terraview
- Conveyancer
- Fast company or related software
- Unity
- PC Law
- Knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions and basic accounting
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe
