Our son recently bought a condo, and I was helping him. Once the offer was accepted, we were referred to Korman's LLP. At first, I was hesitant because I had never heard of them before. Then, I started communicating with Christina (the Law Clerk), and I was amazed by her responsiveness. Whenever I had an issue or question, she responded quickly and let me know what to do or took care of it herself. On the final closing date, we met Amy (the lawyer) virtually. She was pleasant, professional, and very considerate. She explained the whole procedure clearly and to the point. Whenever we didn't understand a clause or issue, she answered our questions, explaining the cause and effect of the scenario. In general, both Amy and Christina performed their duties excellently until everything went through. The closing happened on Friday, and late afternoon, we had an issue getting the key. The building concierge told us we would not be able to find the key before Monday since the management office was closed for the weekend. We informed Amy and Christina, and it didn't take them long to resolve the issue and contact us. We were able to get into the place the same night. In general, we are happy we used their service, and I definitely recommend Korman's LLP.

Definitely will be my go-to lawyers for all large transactions in the future!
